NCCO warrants your state-of-the-art purchase against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, we will exchange any Date Code Genie device found to have defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover exchanges made necessary by, but not limited to, misuse, unauthorized label usage or repairs, liquid damage, improper storage, acts of nature or other factors beyond our control. Exchanged devices will be covered through the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable.
Customers with a warranty exchange claim will need to contact DCG Tech Support directly at 1-800-774-0478 option 1, for instructions. Exchanged devices will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via UPS ground. When your exchanged device arrives, re-use that box to package your defective device, affix the enclosed UPS Return label and drop off at a UPS Store within 5 days to avoid any charges. You will receive an invoice for the retail price of your defective device, if not returned within 14 days.
