NCCO warrants your state-of-the-art purchase against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, we will replace any Date Code Genie unit found to have defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover replacement made necessary by, but not limited to, misuse, unauthorized label usage or repairs, water damage, improper storage, acts of nature, or other factors beyond our control. Replacements made during the warranty period will be covered through the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable.
Customers in need of warranty replacement should contact DCG Tech Support at 1-800-774-0478 for instructions. Replacement unit(s) will be sent out within 3 business days via UPS ground. If you need expedited shipping, notify the support team and you will be charged that additional expense. Upon receipt of your replacement unit, NCCO, for your convenience, will issue a UPS Call Tag, where a UPS driver will come to you directly to pick up the defective unit. We ask that, once your replacement unit is received, you pack the defective unit in the original packaging from the replacement unit so it is ready when the UPS driver arrives to pick it up. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.
